At the time of pre-launch, the price was around ₹8,490 per sq. ft. Once foundation work began in February 2026, the rate increased to nearly ₹9,250 per sq. ft., showing a price growth of about 8–10%.

As the project is still under construction and expected to be completed in 2030, resale activity is currently limited.
